A real expert will be along shortly to answer this, but I've seen .22 bolt actions like that in gun store in Ohio for around $120-$200 depending on condition. Most of the real knowledgeable guys will be much more accurate if you provide a photo.

It would probably be worth up to $200 if in good condition. The 2 holes on the left side of the receiver are for mounting a peep sight. The venerable model 80 has an excellent reputation for quality and accuracy.
