and would have re-seeded .......just to
grow the department a new and fresh fleet......
but was interrupted and never got the chance
for the harvest to come to fruition....!!

That's actually not too far from me. One of the dispatchers saw the tractor (and was a great big Case IH) drive by and didn't think anything of it. Most barracks have CCT cameras everywhere and nobody in the barracks noticed he was busy at work squashing the cruisers.

Got to be more to this story. I wouldn't doubt the police got a mary jane business of their own going on and this guy knows it.
