Thumbs down i have a 3 screw Blackhawk 45 and some???

Ok i have a first production year 45 Blackhawk 3 screw 1971 on Ruger's website. I have an odd cylinder that has a machined channel in the loading face. The cylinder in question looks just like the one in picture 11 here http://www.rugerforum.com/phpBB3/viewtopic.php?t=147751 .i know its not the acp cylinder because i have shot some 45 colts from it and no problems loading or damage to the brass due to the headspace rim for acp. I was told by 76Highboy on ruger forums to come over here and that you guys would help. I was asking the question because i want to know if this cylinder and Blackhawk can handle Ruger Only loads. I wanna run some 300grn slugs and 2400 powder to 1100-1200 fps what do you guys think? Love the site btw.

Dan
