Default Dinner

5 eggs, 3 slices of bacon, 6 links of sausage, fist full of cheese and a fist full of jalapenos= one massive omelet. Good dinner.

Edit:

Forgot the beer.

Sounds tasty but maybe not a fist full of jalepenos. I enjoy having breakfast for dinner quite often. Eat a heavier meal in the morning to help get you through the day.

And so do I. I would replace the peppers with two large tomatos and add a big helping of grits
