Default TFF Grips Available

Sam came up with this idea and I jumped all over it. In 2003 Sam was in Nicaragua on some other business and picked up this huge piece of Cocobolo and threw it on the plane to bring home. He ran up on it a couple months ago and sent it to me. I have cut it up into grip blanks. Let me shorten this up and get to the point.
I am going to sell these grips with the TFF logo that I designed a month or so ago. These grips will have the logo laser cut in the grip with a fake ruby set in the center for the red dot. Again these pictures do not do them justice. These grips are for sale to the members for $60 per set. I would like to cut the price some more, but with having to pay for the laser work and the expensive Ruby’s, this is as low as I can go.
These grips will be serial numbered and signed by me.
Number 001 belongs to Sam
Number 002 belongs to me.
The other numbers are available and can be reserved if you like.

I am going to try to bring about 10 sets to the BBQ, if I have time to make them. I have a full June. Leaving for Tennessee on Friday for 10 days to visit my daughters, and Grandson.

Josh, You can get them anyway you want. But I don't think you would have a problem with the ruby, it is inset and flush with the surface of the grip.
I will make some pictures of them on my gun tomorrow and post them.

When I saw this thread I thought 'He is finally going to market these bad boys' and was thinking of this one.

But I really like this one too.

Marlin, I installed the top pair on my Commander the day they came in and then filed the screw heads off. I don't think they are going anywhere.

I intended to do a giveaway with the Walnut grips but when I opened the box, all that went out the window. I just couldn't part with them.

Put me down for a set minus the Inlay. Where do I pay for them?

I just figured out that I forgot the link to the purchase page on this 1911 forum. So here it is again. This will link you to the patches also. Look for more merchandise in the very near future.

The grips I have in stock will only fit the standard mill spec 1911. If your gun fits this description then yes I have some for your gun. I will do a little research and see for sure. But I will have to do this next week, since I am not at home at the present time.
