Default S&W model 37 and 10

I was hoping someone can help me with the age of a model 37(no dash) 3" barrell s# 523Jxx

and a model 10-3 s# C572xxx? ThaNKS

The Chief was between 1983 and 1988. The SN list puts that J number in "1983 - xxx", so '83 forward. They brought out the 37-1 in '88.

The SN on the M&P was made in 1961 or 2. They brought out the 10-3 in '61, so that falls in nicely with what the serial says.
