Colt 1878 12 ga double barrel
I need a left hammer for my Colt 1878 but have exhausted all known sources - any ideas?
I have heard that hammers from a reproduction coach gun will work but haven't been able to run that rumor to ground. Any help is appreciated. Bill |

Try Dixie Gun Works. They have a pretty good inventory of hammers but you may have to match it up.
