New addition to the collection
Just picked up a Howa Royal Thai Police M1 Carbine in very nice condition for my collection. Best part of all I got it for $300.00.
There are not many of these around and I'm stoked to get one in my collection. |

Here are a couple of quick shots. The GI ammo band is not correct for the weapon as it was issued to the Royal Thai Police, but the guy I got it from didn't know that. I just haven't taken it off yet.

Here is a shot of the Royal Thai Police stamp. The shot is a little fuzzy as I couldn't get the macro to kick in on my camera, I'll try to get a better shot later.

I like that crest. Has a pot belly stock. Can't tell if the stock is cut for the auto switch. Round bolts were used in the carbine full auto versions. Can't find if the Jap versions were once full auto.
