There are only 9 states that are no out of state purchase states. If you are from one of them you are out of luck. They are the regular hardcore gun states. Any gun shop that knows what they are doing should be able to make sure it is legal.

Beth, that gun did not appear to have an adjustable comb.

This picture shows both an adjustable buttplate and an adjustable comb. The top of the stock can be raised or lowered to fit your face and shooting style, instead of you having to learn to fit the stock, the stock can be made to fit you.



It seems to me that if THAT gun had screw-in chokes, it would have said, in the ad, "Rem-Chokes", but I didn't see that.
