Happy Daddy
My daughter got new hearing aids today. YEA. Bluetooth compatible. She gets her own little transmitter/receiver that hangs around her neck. She can plug her audio toys (v-tech, leapster etc) into it, and it transmits it to her hearing aid. She has a transmitter that hooks to the tv and transmits to her reciever that sends it up to her hearing aid.
And besides all the new gadgets. Its digital and she hears all "normal" frequencies with it, where she couldn't with her old one. Hopefully her speech will improve now that she can actually hear the sounds. I am so excited for her

That's great.
Now she can get a cell phone and she will have built in bluetooth. That will be a big plus. |

Great story, I wish her the very best.
When I was still an active duty firefighter I could work on a adult, go back to the station and have dinner. When it came to a child being hurt the hole team would return to the station and it would be as quite as a church on Tuesday. I now have two wonderful grandchildren and the thought of something wrong with them nearly brings me to tears. God Bless our children. |
