comes time to start baking cookies, cakes bread pies etc.
i like nuts in all the above. my favorite is black walnut, butter nut, hickory, almonds, hazel and brazil in that order what's your favorite?

I'm nuts for nuts! Put them in pancakes, waffles, and anything I think they might go good with, including salads.

I think almonds are my favorite though, I keep a bag of 'em on my front seat in my truck.

Went picking acorns this last weekend.
The kids love it but the two squirrels. In my yard like them more.

Molasses is king in my book; I like some Karo dark syrup for pancakes but good ole molasses does the best I think!

I haven't seen any around here in years. I do, (years ago) remember seeing them. Weather due to being logged out or blight, I haven't seen any for years.

pecan is my favorite and as far as getting ready for winter I drink a quart of jim beam whiskey every evening and somehow I am 6'3 and weigh a 195 pounds. Oh yeah pecans! PECAN PIE!! I also forgot, peanuts, my mother father(my granpa) was a peanut farmer till he died in '83.
