I am looking for help in tracking down a source for a magazine for a 22 short made by batavia automatic rifle.model 1 .I know this magazine is hard to find but any help would be greatly appreciated,I have been looking at some gun shows with no luck,my e-mail is tomickb@gmail.com

I think (don't hold me to it) that a magazine for the Savage models mentioned will work, but those are almost as scarce.

You should post this on the savage board at rfc. You may have better luck there. There are some folks there that collect the Febiger and Batavia rifles. They are often confused for Savage rifles.
