That's right we just dont understand. We be stooopid. You no!
Here is the link http://sweetness-light.com/archive/o...icans-and-bush Obama Blames Americans – And Bush From ABC News: Exclusive: President Obama: We Lost Touch with American People Last Year Obama Says Focus on Policymaking Distracted White House From Speaking Directly to American People By KAREN TRAVERS Jan. 20, 2010—President Obama said today that he believes he lost a direct connection to the American people in his first year in office because he focused too heavily on policymaking. "If there’s one thing that I regret this year is that we were so busy just getting stuff done and dealing with the immediate crises that were in front of us that I think we lost some of that sense of speaking directly to the American people about what their core values are and why we have to make sure those institutions are matching up with those values," Obama told ABC News’ George Stephanopoulos in an exclusive interview at the White House… The president said he made a mistake in assuming that if he focused on policy decisions, the American people would understand the reasoning behind them. "That I do think is a mistake of mine," Obama said. "I think the assumption was if I just focus on policy, if I just focus on this provision or that law or if we’re making a good rational decision here, then people will get it." You see, the American people were just too damn stupid to understand all the wonderful things Mr. Obama was doing for them. And not only are they stupid, they are ungrateful. Instead, the president said the American people ended up with a "feeling of remoteness and detachment" from the policymakers in Washington who are making big decisions. "I think, you know, what they ended up seeing is this feeling of remoteness and detachment where there’s these technocrats up here making decisions. Maybe some of them are good, maybe some of them aren’t, but do they really get us and what we’re going through?" he said… So Mr. Obama is saying all his administration needs is better propaganda. The fawning networks, Hollywood, the music industry, the schools, the arts – they just aren’t enough. By the way, elsewhere in the interview with Mr. Stephanopoulos, Mr. Obama said this about Scott Brown’s election to the Senate: "Here’s my assessment of not just the vote in Massachusetts, but the mood around the country. The same thing that swept Scott Brown into office swept me into office. People are angry, and they’re frustrated. Not just because of what’s happened in the last year or two years, but what’s happened over the last eight years." That’s right. He blamed Bush.

I'll be 53 in a few weeks.
In my life, I've never seen a government this corrupt. I've never seen this kind of outlashing at the POTUS. I've never seen the MSM so intent on a mission. I've never seen this much disrespect in a President concerning our country. I've never witnessed so many closed door meetings when the peoples rights are involved. I've never seen a POTUS this intent on destroying our country. I've never heard a President apologize for making the world a greater place to live. Until now. And he blames everyone but himself. ![]() Is anyone home in the White House? Given his education, how can he be so stoopid? Un Be Lievable...... ![]()

I can't believe that was broadcast on ABC; I assume Karen Travers has met with a fatal accident.
Like others, I once thought Mr. Obama was engaged in some kind of plot to bring the U.S. under a weird combination of Islam and Socialism, but I have changed my mind. I now believe he simply has no idea what he is doing, but believes the hype that he is some kind of god figure. That kind of person is dangerous if his delusions are backed by real power. He begins to believe he is perfect and that those who do not believe in him need to be punished or brought into line. And if it comes to that, folks, it will be very bad news. Jim |

I'm convinced he has no clue as to what is going on in America and no clue as to how to do anything. Maybe the almighty teleprompter could give him some pointers. He is absolutely the worst prez I have seen. I did not ever think America could/would go so low as it is now and I don't think we have seen the worst yet. Hold on for a very rough ride.

I have to agree somwhat with what Jim stated...about trying to turn this country of "OURS" into a type of Islam and socialism crap, but I don't think that was/is his main agenda. I think he is so wrapped up with himself and so d--- stupid he FLAT out dont have any clue what the hell he's doing.
IMPO, I think it was NEVER qualified to be President and when he got in office by the "FOOLED" people of this great counrty, he sat back and probably thouhgt; "Damn, I actually did pull this off!" And then probably thought, "well I gotta get to doing something...lets just start changing a bunch of stuff and see what happens!" And he's such a good BS'er the "fooled" people of this country though, yeah...ok...! I'd never disrespect a president of this country by intention, but right is right and wronge is wrong! And HE IS WRONG and he's to stupid to know what he's doing to this country and the longggggggggg lasting effects that will linger. IMO, we havent by far seen the worst of things yet to come.

I think that if Obama wants to do a good job as President, he needs to forget about this healthcare stuff and worry about creating jobs for Americans. I liked that he wanted to create jobs IN America and make America #1. He can talk all he wants, but if he really wants the people behind him, he has to DO. He has his hands so full, that he loses focus on what HIS job is and what the American people need here at home.

Dear ol' Bobo goes from one topic to another and don't have a clue about any of them. His advisors tell him what issue they want to shove down our throat or shove up something else that week. Like was said from an intelligent australian, bobo is just a puppet and the master are pulling the strings as often as they want. Bobo is just the fall guy for the country.

What I don't understand is how 53% of voters could vote for the jacka**
I wonder what the actual percentage is if you discount all the ballot box stuffing ACORN did![]()

By attempting to rationalize how stupid Obama must be in his policy decisions we're missing the point. Yes, his policy decisions will bring the US to its knees. Yes people are PO'ed and ready to protest like never before. Yes, the (p)resident knows what he's doing. What he's doing however is not logical to most of us. We want to assume that the President is working to make this a better nation. To truly understand his policies and rationale you must accept that this (p)resident is not working for our common good. I don't know what ends he is trying to reach but any economically aware individual can quickly point out that this (p)resident is working against our founding principles and toward something much different that will not bring us success as a nation.

Hmmm, hasn't that been a character trait of all dictators?

If the POTUS is disconnected from the American people then congress is light years away. Their egotistical greed is only surpassed by their immoral quest for power and control. Congress needs to be changed by voting the malfeasant leeches out of office. Their one term lifetime pensions and health benefits need to be pulled and they need to join the ranks of social security and medicare like the rest of us. Round up and deport all illegals, stop the no-win wars and cut out all foreign aid and we'll have a balanced budget in less than a year. Stop the entitlements and give-aways and concentrate on jobs and education. I could go on and on but common sense is so out of touch with reality. I think I'll go watch American Idol.

And don't forget the "fair and impartial" media pushing the brainwashed sheeple to vote for him.
