Thanks for posting this. I added my vote, and passed it along via Twitter and Facebook.

Rock the vote, right?

Wow. 43% voted no. Just because I wouldn't personally open carry doesn't mean I can decide if it is someone else's right to open carry.

Wow. Somebody must hit it hard. In 45 minutes it went from 43% NO to 58% NO.

Or did you, maybe, look at the wrong line, Hogger?

I bet I was looking at the wrong line. Sorry for the confusion. I voted in favor of open carry though I am sure of that.

Edit: I was just on it and voted for it again and it said 51% yes, 49% no.

59% - no
41% - yes just now.

The wording of the poll is rather interesting.

I liked the way they phrased it. The "for" line is definitely pro-gun and pro-carry, while the "against" line is definitely anti-gun. There should not be any confusion there.

Unlike the ones that say things like, "The US Constitution gives me the right to own a gun". No it doesn't. The 2nd does not "give" me the right. It acknowledges and recognizes my right. There's a difference.

Back in the 80's certain parts of Miami had open carry due to the influx of Cubans from the boat lift. It really was the wild west for a time and alot of business was lost because of the fear of guns.

I voted for Anita Hill should apologize and that welfare recipients should get drug tested too. 85% for welfare recipients getting drug tested ! Amazing.

I think any poll you can vote more than once on is worthless.
