Default pre war baby browning

My father brought home a baby browning serial # 124xx 6mm pistol from wwll I never gave it much thought, but my son got me to thinking.All the numbers match and writing is easily read from what can find on here it was one of the first 13,000 made I will get him (son) to post some close up pictures later wonder what its worth??

As stated in your sons post we really need to see pictures to determine condition and value, I doubt very seriously that the serial number is low enough to add any value.
