update: from tireman!!!

hello ladies and gents-(you to ron)---just thought id jump in and let you all know whats been going on!!
after my motorcycle wreck in june, i have been enjoying life and recooperating --still having some problems with my ankle, but everything is coming fine but slow---im enjoying unemployment and going shooting about twice a week--have enjoyed some great tiime throughout the summer with my 13 year old and have just about remodeled my cabin--i have the good fortune of having a best freind who is also a carpenter---he took the summer off also, but for other reasons---heck, he drove me around for 2 months or more--have spent some good days at the cabin, and even with crutches, really got to enjoy the "lake life" as i never thought i would---i really enjoy setting around the V.F.W. hall and still go to the meat shoot about once a month----kinda lke cheers, sometimes you want to go where everybody knows your name hahahahah me being a little younger than most of the other patrons and on cruthces, i kind of stuck out---but still, as i said, ive met some great folks who have helped me get through these crazy times. my chiropractor said it well with this quote: When life hands you lwemons, make sweeet lemonade---i should start my last physical therapy in the first week of january, sthen ill try to rejoin the workforce!!!boooohoooo!!!!
i tried to email somo the pictures of my bike and the pics in the newspaper, but im not good at sending attacthments--my wife has to do it for me!!maybe ill get them on here in a day or two---just sitting here thinking i might go up to the lake tomorroew and get my boat winterized--guess i should have already!!!we havent had any real cold weather and im glad---i dont have to see the chiroprator so much...
ive been lurking these last few months, just havent felt much up to posting---i see 358 haent changed a bit oh and glocknut hope your mom got well and out of nw arkansas---
does anybody do the live chat deal? what are the best times to catch some of you onthe chat????

Steve you hang on in there partner and keep looking up. Sounds like your family & friends are helping you get well and back on top again. Now don't over do the lake fishing save some for the other folks as for me not changing Heck it is to late for me to become a gem, I'll just remain an old lump of coal, stay the way I am and enjoy the heck out of life. It is really hard on a man to be born so dang good looking and poor at the same time

thanks for the replies guys---everything is going good---we have some moist weather close, cause my ankles are both killing me---i will try to get on the chat with you folks some evening--good to see most of you are still here---real good to see firebird is still active---i think she lives down state from me a ways----you guys are great and you dont know how much ive enjoyed siiting back and reading your dailies----doctor says ill be road ready in about 2 more weeks, so im gonna ramble around for a month or so (after christmas). i think ill get my gas card ready and load up my trans am and just drive----the only driving ive done since june was to the doctor, chiropractor and physical therapy----who knows where i might pop up!!!!!!!!!! talk to you guys later steve
