Do a search on this forum - there was another thread with ballistic info posted a little earlier. Looks like a short ACP to me. (Some phrase about tits and boar-hog comes to mind for some reason...)

Just what the world needs, a .45ACP Short! No doubt they'll soon be advertising these as "Just as good as a REAL .45ACP!"

Poor old John M. has rolled in his coffin so many times it must be round by now!

I read an artical on it in a gunny magazine, said it was equal to the .45 acp as long as the bullet weight doesn't exceed 185 to 200 grain bullet.

I would think the round has potential in a midsize frame revolver with five shot moon clips.

The idea for developing it was to be able to utilize it in 9 mm size frame pistols.

It remains to be seen if this goes over with the gun world.

Yup, proves the Plastic Wonders can't handle it!

i see absolutly no reason to mess with the .45 acp ,the

G.lock A.uto P.istol round

is just another caliber to set on the shelf next to the 10mm and the .357sig ,they are all jelous of smith hitting it big with the .40

while the .45 acp will always be king

Don't put the 10mm on the shelf just yet - that's a great round - just needs to be used in its proper place - Colt's old Delta or Cooper's original Bren. - great pig gun.

I was figuratively speaking ,comparing them to the only caliber that took a hold .40 S&W
