Whats wrong with these cops?There is know excuse for this and its not standard procedure.They should be fired immediately.If he was just walking down the street like it said they should have just stopped him.They could even cuff him and then after ascertained he had a valid permit they should say thankyou for cooperating and let him be on his way.

Isn't this the same state where SWAT raided the wrong house, and killed the resident when he defended himself, then they were all given awards for killing the wrong person?

Yea you are right but with as many people around I don't think that would have happened.
These kind of cops usually only do this when there are no witnesses.

I would bet the guy was trying to incite a riot outside of the nightclub, just ask bobski. The police are innocent!!!! They never do anything wrong!

This guy is some long lost relative of Rodney King's so they figured he deserved a beating too! It is only fair! Some cops pistol whipped one of my friends that just got out of the hospital because he had broken his back as a passenger in a car wreck....it was okay though because it was one 20 year old guy's word against 6 cops. An unarmed guy that can hardly move because he is still sore as H was going to beat up 6 cops that were armed. They felt threatened.
