Robert Novak, one of the nation's most influential reporters and conservatives, passed away today, August 18, 2009. You can read a tribute to Novak by Tim Carney, who worked as a reporter for the Evans-Novak Political Report and then became its editor, here.

I don't know that i have read any of his writings but its still sad to me anytime that a good conservative departs this world.... We are diminished by his departure.
