While I am not flying the U.S. flag due to my personal views about Obama and his friends such as the flag stomper William Ayres, the only flag that I will fight for is the Stars and Stripes.

It depends, anarchy is its own law, in anarchy there is no government, only police, and civilians, only you can choose what colors you hoist, but i made my decision long ago, it goes o the highest bider fighting with the united states, i refuse to fight my fellow americans, so like i said, only you may choose.

Bonnie Blue The first recorded use of the lone star flag dates to 1810. On September 11, 1810 a troop of West Florida dragoons set out for the provincial capitol at Baton Rouge under this flag. They were joined by other republican forces and captured Baton Rouge, imprisoned the Governor and on September 23, 1810 raised their Bonnie Blue flag over the Fort of Baton Rouge. Three days later the president of the West Florida Convention, signed a Declaration of Independence and the flag became the emblem of a new republic. By December 10, the flag of the United States replaced the Bonnie Blue after President Madison issued a proclamation declaring West Florida under the jurisdiction of the Governor of the Louisiana Territory. With this rebellion in mind, this flag was used by the Republic of Texas from 1836 to 1839. On January 9, 1861 the convention of the People of Mississippi adopted an Ordinance of Secession. With this announcement the Bonnie Blue flag was raised over the capitol building in Jackson. Harry McCarthy was so inspired that he wrote a song entitled "The Bonnie Blue Flag" which became the second most popular patriotic song of the Confederacy. The Confederate government did not adopt this flag but the people did and the lone star flags were adopted in some form in five of the southern States that adopted new flags in 1861.

Right on, Art.
God is first - Jehovah is my God; the God of Abraham, Isaac, Jacob, and Paul. Country is second - The USA is my country; the country of Washington, Jefferson, Patton and Reagan. I took an oath to defend and protect the Constitution of the USA back in 1961. I have never turned from that oath - And the flag the Liberals demand the right to burn is the only one I will ever rally behind. And besides being the right patriotic thing to do, it ticks off the Liberals SO much!!

One point here. As many have stated here, the traditional American flag is the one to whom I pledge allegiance and always will. That said I personally like a number of the other flags of our history that make a certain statement and see nothing wrong with displaying them. Among them the Gadsden Flag, the Union Jack, the Alamo flag, The Bonnie Blue (about which I only recently learned) and yes even the Stars and Bars.
I actually had a design in my head for a flag to represent the RTKB arms movement. It would be essentially an American flag, but in the blue field would be a white number 2 surrounded by a circle of ten white stars representing the first ten amendments. What do you all think about that? |

The Stars and Stripes belongs to the constitutional republic that I support with all my heart. While that grand old flag may be flown by enemies, foreign or domestic, we own that flag, and need to take it back from those imposters.

I'd prefer to fly the Stars and Stripes on top with this flag right below it. I feel as though that's exactly what the "new government" is out to do to us. (Or at least out to do their best to.)
