The Winchester 94 was never made in .22 WMR. Do you mean the 9422 XTR?

If so, is it the checkered stock "Traditional" version with a 20 1/2" barrel or the "Classic" with a plain stock and a 22 1/2" barrel? The former runs about $600+ LNIB, the latter $150 or so more.

Jim K, Thank you for viewing and answering my inquiry. A friend of mine inherited this gun and he called me with questions. I will take pictures soon and get sn's as well as better and more thorough information and post back on here. He was sure about the .22 magnum and the XTR. He did say that it was a model 94 and I realize the old model 94 was probably not correct, but I will know more later. Again, thank you for answering and asking questions that give me a good starting point in being able to help a friend. More people could benefit from that willingness. Randy1944
