Did you know that if you sell your house after 2012 you will pay a
3.8% sales tax on it? That's $3,800 on a $100,000 home, etc.

When did this happen?

It's in the health care bill and goes into effect in 2013.

Why 2013?

Could it be to come to light AFTER the 2012 elections?

So, this is "change you can believe in"? Under the new health care bill
all real estate transactions will be subject to a 3.8% Sales Tax.

If you sell a $400,000 home, there will be a $15,200 tax.

This bill is set to screw the retiring generation who often downsize their homes. Does this make your November and 2012 vote more important?

Oh, you weren't aware this was in the ObamaCare bill? Guess what, you aren't alone.

seems there are more than a few members of Congress that aren't aware of it either , or ignoring it ..

Look carefully at the 2014 Monthly Medicare Insurance Premium rate compared to the today’s rate:

Look carefully at the 2014 Medicare Part "B" rate compared to the 2013 rate:

"The per person Medicare Insurance Premium will increase from the present Monthly Fee of

$96.40, rising to:

$104.20 in 2012
$120.20 in 2013
And
$247.00 in 2014."

That’s an amazing $2,964.00 per year. (That’s an increase of 256% over in less than 3 years!)
(And you thought you were going to spend that money to visit the grandchildren) Think again!

These are Provisions only two of the many surprises incorporated in the ObamaCare Legislation, purposely delayed so as not to confuse the 2012 Re-Election Campaigns.

Please inform others! Education and factual information is obama's worst enemy in November 2012!

Yup, I discovered that too when I read the bill when it was first put online. Lots of fine little details in there but the one thing that still concerns me the most was the money being allocated for establishment of "The Ready Reserve."

The Ready Reserve is claimed to be an emergency medical unit to help with disasters. My thought was, aren't those things already available? Does the Red Cross come to mind? Or maybe the National Guard?

That whole entire bill/law is a wolf in sheeps clothing.

somewhere someone posted the weapons for this ready reserve ..

about the same fit out as a African Union brigade , nothing real heavy , lots of armoured cars and trucks ,
