This is a Ruger Blackhawk .357 magnum converted to 44 spl. My father bought it new and had the conversion done around mid 1970. The serial number is 30-85XXX. It was produced in 1971. It is very light weight because the grip frame and ejector housing are aluminum. It has had a full action job and back in the day my father cut the main spring back for a solid 3 lb pull. It is about as sweet as they come. It is accurate and fun to pack.

Barbie been enticing that little boy to take his clothes off, with Thin Mint Candy Bars? Man, that's just wrong.

You bet i have a 3 screw 45 colt. With a 4 5/8" barrel made in 1971 you helped answer a question i had about the cylinder on rugerforums, and you told me about this site. So here i am. I sent you a bunch of pictures of it through email about two weeks ago. Its definitely the my most prized pistol. I will never part with it dad put up the cash for me so i could get it. Remember me now my friend.

I'm quite happy to say "NO", to that question.
