if you have never served or been in combat and away from your family for almost 2 years at a time. I am sure it does not mean anything to you. I am sure many of the vets on the board will agree with me. Especially the ones that faught in Nam. The ones that were not treated for problems they developed because of the things they had to do and the things they had seen.
I have it easy compared to the Vietnam era vets. They were looked upon as devils and murderers. each and every one of them are my heroes. They are what children should look up to. Not lady gaga, Charlie Sheen, and over paid sports players. If not for them 4th of July would be meaningless because we would not have this nation. I also look up to our allies military units from other countries that fought along side.
