Of those mentioned I'll go with one of the ones who's name begins with P.

Only if Barry loses in 2012. Or if he wins in 2012 I'm thinking we're boned either way.

I'd go with Gingrich and Pawlenty. Mit is too slick, too polished, lacks authenticity. I don't trust the Huck. Something tells me he would go over to the Dark Side. Sarah isn't ready. Obama ain't going to win 2012. I worried about that a lot. No more. He will be the new Jimmuh Carter.

It seems to me that every four years both parties come up with a bunch of candidates that the majority of the people don't want but are stuck with and have to choose between the lesser of two evils. They are all bought and paid for and it isn't the average Joe that is doing the paying! So how do we get candidates that will work for the better of the majority of the people???? I don't know! Maybe if we had an election law that prohibited a candidate from taking money from outside of his or her district?? Might be a small start! All I know is that I'm tired of the same good ole boy party candidates! That's why I usually throw my vote away and vote 3rd. party I guess.....

NONE of the above...

Possibly Bob McDonnell of VA, even though I don't want to vote for a Republican. I will have to wait and see if the TEA party puts a candidate forward, and who the Libertarian party puts forward. The last presidential election was the LAST time I will vote for a party line. They all suck, and it's time for a third (and fourth, fifth, etc.) party in this country. The two party system is no longer sustainable, because it has proven nearly impossible to get anything accomplished for the American people.

We are going to have to be really carefull with who we vote for.

Barack Obama || 68,465,974 Popular Votes 52.80% || 365 Electoral Votes

John McCa0in || 59,417,826 Popular Votes 45.82% || 173 Electoral Votes
Source(s)

Both Ron Paul, and Sarah Palin, pulled enough votes to make up the difference in the popular vote. The Electoral Votes were another thing!

We don't need to split our votes over several candidates. But no matter, the Electoral Votes will determine the contest. This is where we must win! Please stay in contact with all of your elected officials. Let them know what you want.

5. Our necks [are] under persecution: we labour, [and] have no rest.
16. The crown is fallen [from] our head: woe unto us, that we have sinned!
21. Turn thou us unto thee, O LORD, and we shall be turned; renew our days as of old.

I'm not going to hold my nose and pull the lever for a candidate simply because they have a R next to their name ever again. That is precisely what has got us in the position we're in now.

Supposedly we had 169 million 'registered' voters in '08'. 61.7% voted. How many, who could have been registered but didn't, were there?

How do we get these non-contributers to stand up, and be counted???
