Default The power of prayer

If you had any doubts, let me assure you that God is real, He cares about us, and prayers are heard...

"Burger King has announced that on Thursday it will commence a nationwide rollout of a product that started in Nashville, Tennessee earlier this year, the Bacon Sundae. A vanilla soft serve sundae with fudge, caramel, bacon crumbles and a piece of bacon."

I'm so happy I can't stop crying.

Mack: Shame what this town's come to.
Charley Waite: You could do something about it.
Mack: What? We're freighters. Ralph here's a shopkeeper.
Charley Waite: You're men, ain't you?
Mack: I didn't raise my boys just to see 'em killed.
Charley Waite: Well you may not know this, but there's things that gnaw at a man worse than dying.

Here's what Seattle thinks.

I can't wait till the start selling it here.

The only time I can get it is if I make it. And that's not often enough.

Yes Buckshot, there is a God and he's huge! He has brought us bacon and ice cream in a cup. Praise the Good Lord God Almighty!!! I think my wife may vomit on the ground pretty quick but I for one not only will try this but I will post a pick on me enjoying it for all to see.

I wonder, who will create the first thread? Thanks for the thread Buckshot. You certainly the man and please, save me some.

JIm, I first heard about this delight a couple years ago. I cannot find it in stores, so I resorted to making my own. I have a BK 6 blocks from home, so it will be good while it lasts.

Might I suggest you start with a simple (not cheap) vanilla ice cream, and sprinkle some bacon bits on the top. Real bacon. Not that soy stuff from a jar.

If ya want to get realy adventurous, squirt some high quality maple syrup on top.

I know ya can feel yer arteries clogging already, but you owe it to yourself.

Bacon vodka is also the bomb in mixed drinks. Try a bloody Mary made with it. Celery spear, asparagus tip, onion and olive on a stizzle swick. Yer daily dose of veggies in a glass like ya never had before. I prefer Clamato juice to the Mary mix. But that's the way I roll.

Dawg.

Bloody Mary's, first. Black Russians, second. Ohhh, it's been a long time.
Never had one w/an asparagus tip, but it do sound good.

Thanks Bobitis. I will make some home made bacon bits and report back to you to let you know how delicious it is. I will also send you my next cardiology bill.

There are few things that cannot be improved with just the right application of bacon. Let me see...there's...

...um...

Well, I'm sure there's something.
