Actually, this is what the First "Lady" wore to the Kids' Choice Awards to be a presenter. I'm sure, positive even..if Ms. Laura Bush seen this, she threw up in her mouth. Then again, maybe it's just me.

Probably the second time in her life she has been proud of this country.

I think the lady's outfit is a wee bit in appropriate, but I am no fashion mogul - I wear jeans and t-shirts. Who knows - is that what's "in" in Washington DC, nowadays?
