Hi redlee.....welcome to TFF.
Which Dumoulin? There was an F. Dumoulin that was in business from 1894 until about 1930. There is currently an Ernest Dumoulin that makes drillings, rifles, and shotguns, and a Henri Dumoulin & Sons that makes rifles and shotguns. Please give us all of the writing on the gun, exactly as it's written. |

From what I can read it looks like a T or an R Dumoulin , ser. no. is 3024 also a SV TA ELG stamped on it. As I said before the gun has a silver inlayed star on the stock.

Well, you've got me stumped. Looks like there were a bunch of Dumoulins who made, or are making shotguns......but then, I'm not an expert on Belgian shotguns.
I'd suggest that you go over to Shotgunworld Forum and ask the experts there.....they're really shotgun specialists and know their stuff. http://www.shotgunworld.com/bbs/view...9d10009fd735db One saving grace.....all of the "Dumoulins" I have any info on are, or were, high quality shotgun makers, so you probably don't have a low end "Hardward Store" shotgun. Sorry I couldn't have been more help. |
