I forgot to pick one up when I picked up supplies the other day. I'm looking for the load data for .223 Remington (min load, max load, and COAL) for their 55gr V-Max flat base bullet using Reloader 15 powder. Could someone help me out and let me know this data from thier book? Thanks.

Just checked my 8th edition. They do not list Reloader 15 for the 223. The COAL is 2.250". Let me know if you want a different powder. Here is the list of powders they have: IMR 4198, VIHT N-133, RL-10X, IMR 3031, H322, H335, VIHT N-135, TAC, A 2460, BENCHMARK, IMR 4895, 8208 XBR, WIN 748, VARGET, VIHT N-140, AND BL-C2.

Thanks for the info. The reason for the Reloader 15 is that I use it in another 223 round. CKelley, what do they list for charge weights for IMR 4895? I've been thinking of trying that for a different load anyway.

My Hornady #7 doesn't have Reloader powder listed.
The Speer #14 shows Reloader 10X minimum of 21.0 (2934fps) and maximum of 23.0 (3159fps) but this is for a 55 grain FMJ BT. The Lyman #49 does not show Reloader eigher.

This is from sierra's 5th edition; sorry for the poor quality pics, but it's the best my cellphone could do inside. If you need clarification, just ask. |
