I made meat sauce today and 4-cheese whole wheat ravioli (9 dozen) from scratch (basil infused whole wheat pasta). Also picked some black seeded simpson lettuce from the garden to make a salad.

Dinner was two smokey chipotle turkey sandwiches on whole wheat bread and one half cup of bean soup.

Found some frozen leftover beef stew. It was still awesome! And, I didn't have to cook! Even didn't have to make corn bread muffins. Leftover hot dog buns a plenty.

Grilled this Pork Butt on Saturday and had it for dinner Saturday, Sunday, and today for lunch. Probably be polished off tonight.

Served with homemade mustard BBQ sauce, homemade baked beans with bacon and burnt ends, homemade cider vinegar coleslaw, grilled corn, and grilled sour cream and green onion corn bread.

Having an overnight guest tonight, so I'm making raviolis for dinner with a salad from the leaf lettuce in the garden. That said, I felt a good Italian herb baguette topped with sesame seeds & Parmesan cheese would be the right bread for the meal.

Deja vu all over again.

Couple of the church widows came by tonight after church to break bread with the sinners. They love any meal that THEY don't have to cook for themself.

Petrilli's Specialty Pizza leftover for dinner with an ice cold Heineken. Pizza and beer on Father's Day? Perfect!

Look at the amount of toppings on that pie! The sausage is literally a blanket of sausage on the top.

The wife and our son made dinner for Father's Day. Pork loin, baked taters, corn & salad from the garden. The loin was slow cooked in the crock pot, and was very moist & tender.

Dinner was epic. Smoked BBQ ham, stuffing, Jewish potato pancakes, carrots with BBQ sauce and mustard.

Last night was grilled wings and some small yellow taters. Dipped the wings in a homemade mustard BBQ.

Cooked them with a mix of oak, hickory, and apple chips.
