This flint lock rifle is very long and measures 61 inches long and the barrel measures 46 inches long.

None of your 3 guns are flintlocks: They are percussion locks, sometimes also referred to as cap locks.
Unless there's a name on top of the rifle barrels, or on rib of the double barrel shotgun (#1) it's unlikely you will ever know who assembled them. If the barrels originated in Europe, they will probably have proofmarks underneath, hidden by the stock, but many American gunsmiths used imported Belgian barrels. |
