Fifteen years ago, I had multiple hernia surgery where they plugged three of them using that neat-o mesh implant.

A couple months ago, I had obdominal pain which I blamed on my vigorous exercise routine. As it got wors, I decreased the workouts until finally I stopped them altogether. The pain settled into the area of the three hernias. I want to my Dr. on Oct. 31, and he said I MIGHT haver one starting, he couldn't tell for sure.
He set me up with an appt with a specialist for 11/18.
On November 3rd, I had nausia, dizziness, and pain. I went to the ER.
The Dr. said I had a small one that needed surgery.
My wife called the specialist, and got the Appt. moved up to 11/11, this Friday.

I am right now at the point that I can barely walk, and the only way I am truly comfortable is to lie flat on my back. I feel that something has gone wrong with the mesh implants; it feels like they are floating around in my innards.

I need a healing touch, guys -

I am posting this now, because if I go into surgery, I won't be getting on the computer for a while, and I wanted you to know what happened.

Oh - I DID check, and the mesh used on me is NOT the ones that had the problems and recall - that was a different kind.

Lord, we come to you in jesus name and we ask that your healing virtue and power flow thru terrys body and that whatever is causing this pain would be healed and made whole again. And lord, if he needs any type of surgery, may you guide the hand of the physicians and make his recovery a quick and painless one. Bring comfort to him and his family during this time and meet their needs accordingly I pray. May he be made whole from the top of his head to the soles of his feet, for you are the great physician and with you all things are possible to those who believe......Amen.....

They used the same type in my son when he was born. I am not one big to pray but I will send one out from this end also. Good luck brother and get well.

Guys, I am blown away by all of these responses in such a short time!

Yesterday - and today, so far - have been good, pain-free days.
Reading down this thread, the reason for this is glaringly obvious.
