I first saw this one back some years ago, at a bike build off on TV. I bet it you would get you arrested in most states! I believe the handle bar mounts for motorcycles/ATV's are legal for shotguns/carbines. I used to have a hard boot on the front forks of my dual sport bike. It was used to transport my deer .06 back and forth to the deer woods. But stayed on most of the year. I rode it to work all the time with the boot on, and the gun was in there some of the time.
