Was catching the news on the boob tube and saw where NOW AGAIN theres been yet another charge against our troops (supposedly an Army Officer and two enlisted men) with murder, conspiracy and all that other crap they manage to pile on.

Guess maybe I should stop watching the news because I really get pissed about this BS ...

Send troops into a combat zone where collatarel damage can very well be expected and then turn around and try to prosecute our troops for trying to stay alive while having to make quick and immediate (as in split seconds) life threatening decisions to protect themselves.

Guess I'd better stop now before I get myself all worked up into a frenzy ...

Now about Mertha, I love how the "media" calls him a hero, decorated .... like what the F does this have to do with the price of tea in china or any other $#$%^ place in the world. Oh ya, I got off track. Mertha and the way the media pumps him up. This is exactly what Ann Coulter is talking about in her book. Beings that he is a Vet, or a Hero, or a Very decorated.... This means that he is like a God, like a???? No, he is God to the lib dems.

What really gets my goat is when these reporters are asking these retired generals who are now classified as the news channel's "military analysts" the question concerning "CLEARING BUILDINGS" ....

Saw Bill O'Reilly ask one of them that and he answered: Soldiers take fire from a particlular building/area and slowly make their way through said buildings "clearing them" ....Thats ALL the general would say ...... He would not add the part that says ......... In doing so there may be times when innocent women and childrens lives are at stake becasue the insurgents mingle back into the crowd .... Whats so damn hard to understand here .... ????? Its called collateral damage and the same thing would happen here to our women and children if the battle was being fought here on our soil as well.

We did the same damn thing in Hue City back in 1968 and we cleared many a building, street and neighborhood in the same manner.

If these upper echilon idiots who sit in the comfort of their air conditioned offices even think about prosecuting our warriors for doing what is needed to protect themselves and the lives of their brothers and sisters in a damn combat zone then they are the ones that need to have their head examined.

Better yet ..... Stick THEIR SORRY ASS out there and see what the hell they do.

Now they have "ANOTHER" deal going on with seven Marines and a Sailor (which I'm assuming was the Corpsman assigned to the squad more than likely) dragging some raghead out of his home and capping his sorry butt for no reason .....

I believe these poor souls are already confined to the brig and awaiting court martial ...

Seems like every stinking day now "somebody" comes up with some kind of BS about the killing of innocent??? civies ....

NO $hit .... Its a combat zone .... what do these people expect there ??? ... a pizza party to be going on ??? ...
