And to answer the title of the thread, its because they aren't raised right. No respect for authority, their elders or their fellow man. No idea of what hard work or hard times are. No father, no mother, no one to teach them right from wrong. Nobody to discipline their heathen asses when they screw up. No clue as to the value of a dollar bill.

see i got into this in the 70's
