Sig 1911 Revolution TTT......
beautiful morning to shoot. Put 500 rounds through the Sig with only 1 failure to eject, and that was my fault.. limp-wristed it.
Cleaned it out of the box, and the top two targets were 16 rounds each, resting my hands on sandbags, at 45 feet.
The bottom two paper plates were 8 rounds each, rapid fire (about 12 seconds per mag) at 10 feet.
Double taps at 10 feet, were easily controlled, and except for some operator errors, I was very satisfied with the results on the 8" x 6" steel plates.
The Sig felt pretty good, but the raised center portion of the grip safety, took a bit of getting used to. Not objectionable, just different. The adjustable rear sight had to be all the way down for my particular sight picture, but I don't care for a 6 o'clock hold.
I cleaned the pistol before the first round, and at 250 rounds. I had no issues of any sort due to fouling .
I think I'll hang onto it.
