Thank you Marlin T, great article. Now if I may, I would like to ask a favor of all who may read this thread. As you may or may not know, July 1st is Canada Day, a day of celebration much like The Fourth Of July in America. July 1st however is also the anniversary of the battle of Beaumont Hamel, where on July 1st 1916, 801 men of the Newfoundland Regiment went over the top, in the morning only 69 answered roll call. I would like to ask that you include these brave men in your rememberances. Thank you, and goodnight.
