Sorry to disappoint you. I went in and modified his profile.

His birthday is - - - MAY 3rd, - - - - not March. He must have had too many beers when he set it up!

This year he will have a unique gift, as will SoMo and I.

His XYL is due to have her first, a little boy we're told, on May 2nd. Alaflyguy had said he'd like it on his birthday but we pointed out to him that the young un might feel cheated if he had to share a birthday!!

Okay, Marlin. Took him off the list. May 3rd is a nice day. So is May 2nd, which is mine! Grandfather was May 3rd and Father was May 1st! All born at 5:45am. Go figure!

You really want wierd? My father died June 1, 1983 at 12:30am EDT. Half hour past midnight. My daughter was born May 31, 1984 at 9:30pm PDT. That's exactly one year to the minute.

When I was growing up there were emphases about the new replacing the old.

When my mother died 23 April 1985, we felt my grand daughter born 23 May 1985 was her replacement. Perhaps your daughter was his replacement in the scheme of things??

When I was in Germany, I mentioned to a friend that he and I had the same birthday. He wasn't particularly impressed, as his mother, two sisters and he all shared the same day.
