Default rossi matched pair problem

Im in need of a little assistance I have one of those rossi matched pair from my nephew in need of repair the firing pin as he said fell out Im thinking it broke in half is this something that i can replace pretty easy or do I need to take to a smith

It would be easier for us if you divulge what type of gun the "matched pair" truly is.

sorry about that I should have specified its one of the combo guns use the same single shot stock and trigger workings with different barrels this one is a 20ga. and also have the 22lr barrel
