Welcome to TFF. Ride a 64 myself. The RW is the year indicator, 1928 I believe. All three of my 12C's were made the same year. It's worth between $350 & $500. That's a guess, I don't have any reference books to look it up in. An expert will be along soon to either back me up or disprove me. I believe I'm fairly close, tho.
