looked as good as any to introduce myself. I'm a Minnesotan and casual target shooter. Own a Beretta 92FS Inox and a Sig p239 both in 9mm and a mark II competion 22lr. Looks like an interesting forum and I'm sure I'll learn alot here...hope to contribute something as well. Hello to all.

WELCOME, and this is a great place,as long as you don't like Glocks as much as myself and glockNUT, only kidding I think.

Thanks Dawg, not for or against any quality made handgun (new guys should always play neutral at first

) I have my preferences like anyone.

Glocks have there place, I see them as a tool. Since I've done a little machining from time to time, I appreciate a quality machined handgun...something that may fall by the wayside in the not too distant future. But, if I were a cop I'd consider a Glock.. that's for sure.

If you like 1911 45acp you will have many more freinds here. Here is a little secreat do not tell inplanotx that I like all kind of guns.It would not hurt to keep people guessing.You are a very smart man.Everyone here gets along I think, we just like to give each other a hardtime on what kind of gun is the best, but at least some of us know which one that is.
