Default Museum of Flight Photos (Air Junkies Must See!)

Webpage probably isn't very 56k friendly. These are the photos from our recent trip to the Museum of Flight. It is an awesome place but it doesn't change that frequently from what I recall (been there many times), but its a great place to go with Grandpa and he loves going. He is an ex-Boeing engineer and I'm sure the few hours we take to stroll through drives him crazy, I'm sure he'd love to read every caption and every sign there .

The black and white picture early on of a guy is a picture of him (my grandpa) in the entrance. It is an old black and white PR picture of some new commercial airliner that he posed in sitting at a table reading the newspaper. Kind of cool that its on a front mural kinda thing right when you walk in. We went when the picture first went in, unfortunately he must have been dissapointed to find the part of the picture he is in is right behind a pole (hence the poor picture quality!)

Anyway...

(also sorry for the lack of photo captions, junkies will have to try and figure out what everything is for themselves )

Wow what an awsome time!

Are you going South to see the Spruce Goose in the Portland area?

I hope so because those are some seriously good photos James, thanks a million.

Much better the second time.

Great pics Vlad. There's truly an amazing amount of planes there.
The museum is actually quite small given what's stuffed in it.

Haven't been in about 10 years and see some new additions.
Time for another visit.

Nice shots, now if your groups at the range were equally as impressive !

I was up there last Thanksgiving timeframe, it's a must see if in the Seattle area and an aviation nut.

Thanks for the great pics !

If you ever get down to San Diego, make sure you go to the AeroSpace museum in Balboa Park. Better than the xoo by far.
