It tastes like beef. I had a few camel burgers over there.

At the airfield I mentioned, there were literally hundreds of carcases like the one in the pic.

I had a camel burger from a vender @ the Army field hospital in Kuwait city once I ''recovered'' and regained my appetite ...I thought they were joking...it didn't tast too bad...however I hadn't been able to eat or hold down anything for 4 day's ...at that point I would have eaten the a$$ outa a dead camel !
