No sir. There can be no newly registered machine guns EXCEPT those built expressly for sale to the government.

Re: got a question

The only transferable machineguns that a non-dealer
can legally posses are those manufactured and or
imported up until May of 1986.

Things may change soon though, there's been talk of
another amnesty and reversing/ammending/repealing
not only the NFA laws but also standard unreasonable
regulations and if the announcement I saw tonight by
the Bush Admin & Ashcroft is any indication of what may
be in the forefront then things look a lot more promising
than they have in many moons, and it looks like they are
sticking to their guns, but who knows, I wouldn't get my
hopes up until I saw it actually happen!

What TAC401 says--Talked to some BATF guys at the Knob Creek shoot this spring, there is a chance it could be changing it will make more weapons available and drive the prices down(I hope) as it is now there is a set amount of weapons available and that is it.Hope for changes in the law I think Bush and Ashcroft is our best hope since 1986!!
