the Little girl doesn't know what a gang is but knows that Jesus died for her. Well the parents did their job. I would take my kid right out of that school. I have done so with my daughter over something like this.

I wish we had the email address for this family I would like to send my support to them.

You know how hard it is to rais kids in the world? Much less have the very school you send them to do something like this.

This kind of thing continues until it is fought; in most cases, the local school board folds with the mere THREAT of legal action - -

They come up with some stupid ideas. That ought to be challenged. A trip to a school board meeting first and then a letter from a lawyer if the trip doesnt pay off.

Many years back I came home to find my daughter had taken tylenol to school, since she was having her period. She gave one to a friend, who was also having cramps. The friend, obviously brainwashed well by the school, turned her in. My wife showed me the paper the child had brought home, telling where the child had gotten two weeks of "in-school suspension" for "bringing prescription drugs to school to share with her friends".

I called my boss and said I would be late to work tomorrow. Had a personal problem to take care of.

Went to the school and met with the School Resource Officer (deputy sheriff assigned to the school). Showed him the paper. Asked him what tests were used to determine that she had brought "prescription drugs" to school. He said, as far as he knew, none. I asked why he had put that on the form. He said he had not done that. The Assistant Principal had. I asked him to accompany my to her office.

I told the Assistant Principal that one of three things was going to happen.

That report and the suspension would disappear. or

She would have the deputy arrest my daughter and cart her off to juvie, where she would be charged with dealing drugs, which was what the Assistant Principal had put on the report. or

I was calling my lawyer and suing her - not the school, not the school board - her - for libel and defamation of character. She had thirty seconds to decide. Then I looked at my watch.

She tore the report up. I said, "Fine. Now, let's go to her classroom, where you will tell her that she is no longer on 'in-school suspension'."

School administrators tend to think they are God. They need to be slapped down on a regular basis.

A LOT more parents need to react exactly that way, and the Public schools would become more PUBLIC again and less GOVERNMENT.

Alpo excellent responce !!!! well done , idiocy should be removed at every opportunity these idiots who decry everything and "beat up" charges to bring against people do not have a clue what damage they do , but take a look at both our nations , nanny laws everywhere you look and freedom .. real freedom is either a distant memory or your breaking laws ...
