Take out Jerry Brown, insert Christine Gregoire, and you have Washington.

Quick question, how much of the spending is from voter initiatives? usually those cannot be cut without a ballot proposal, as they are not part of the usual legislation. We tried to cut a few voter initiatives last year and failed, as too many "entitled" cried. So we cut elsewhere.
Check that out. Not that I am defending him of California's legislature, not at all. I'd love to see you guys get it together before it collapses completely and we have to man The Wall between AZ and CA!
