looks like I will be traveling to california this weekend.....
any one want me to bring them anything? I am going to a heart specialist and will be there (newport beach) for 3 weeks. I am really going to miss my guns! lets hope I am not on any ones no fly list?!? wish me luck and keep me and my family in your prayers! slugger

so does any one want to volunteer to take me out panning for gold??
is there any where in that area to pan for gold? I will have my sundays free if any one wants to get together and shoot the bull or targets. let me know if your in the area. slugger

Hi all been so busy I have not had time to post anything till now.
I made it to cali safe and sound and have been very busy getting treatments and attending seminars to learn about the changes I need to make in life style and diet. I got out last weekend and went to mount baldy and did some panning for gold. met some real characters and had a good time and did find some color... very little of it but hey I went for the experience not the money ( a 5oz nuggett would have been nice). I also got to visit the burro canyon gun club and talk to a few people out there and see a chinese ak 47 for the first time. so I am learning alot and getting better all the time. I can now walk 2.5 miles when before I came here I could barely walk to the corner and back. any way if any one wants to get together for a cup of joe or what ever you drink and some good conversation let me know!! slugger

well I made it back safe and sound! it feels good to sleep in my own bed again.
status report my ejection fraction is up to 37%, I was at 25% at the hospital just after the heart attack. my cholesterol is 107 down from 200, a little low but they are going to let it come up naturally I can walk two miles with out stopping, before is was one block and had to stop. the mental fog is gone and I am off two of my meds already. my blood pressure is down from 120/60 to 90/60 , yes that is a little low but they want the heart to rest and not have to work too hard. I start work today, dang that is going to rough I have not worked in a month and a half. so over all things are looking good and getting better. now if any one has seeds for a money tree I can plant in the back yard I would appreciate you sending them my way lol  slugger
