Default J Stevens A&T Company 22 caliber rifle

I have a 22 caliber rifle that has J Stevens A&T company on the side of the Octogan barrel with Chicopee Mass on th and Pat Apr 1794 on the same side at the rear site The Octogan is only up to the end of the forestock then it is round. Under the lever there is a letter (M) stamped on it and then the numbers 120 stamped. On the butt plate it says Stevens favorite.
Could anyone tell me about this rifle as when it was made and where can I get parts to restore it? It has special cemental value to me.
Thanks
