Its Friday morning, but then you knew that.

Lets try to forget all those little things that drive us mad (the economy, our insane leadership etc), and look forward to a good day and an even better weekend...

I had a conversation with a smart guy a few days ago. From the university. We talked about loosing sleep over past events. He said regard the past as a closed book, spend time planning where you go from here, what's happening today, next week. Focus on today and the future. I know, easier said than done, but I found it helpful. Hope it may for some of you.

Tranter, what is this thing that you refer to as sleep? I would lik to know how to get some. My sleep pattern is really terrible. But I will most definately agree that today is a good day in which to embark on a week end of bliss.

Good grief...just got off this pc couple hours ago...cant think of why I'm up xcept...got this terrible "itchy " feelin on my kneck like " some bloody englishman " ...somewhere..someplace...is hollerin to all..." happy friday to all".....

Ive always been quick with everything except my brain...if ur on for a minute..I remembered a funny a scot friend told me..when he came over to work on some of the "perimeter Technology " stuff we did...
HE was "Ean" kind of inventor of this "Gaurd Wire" barium magnet type sensor..anyway

I would love to be there, nothing would give me more pleasure. As for my shooting, its not too bad thanks to some good instructors. That would be the USMC among others!

Re cabbies and heathrow reminds me of a joke, Why are there so many Japs in Harrow (A place in NE London) Why because they go up to the cab driver at heathrow and say 'harrow'.

Yup, Amanda Tapping. She was born in Rochford, Essex, August 28, 1965. Not a bad looker, actually.

Hard to believe she's almost 44.

Of course these days she lives in Vancouver when she's not in the Pegasus galaxy.
