Default San Diego Police Department Open Carry Lawsuit Victory!

http://www.calguns.net/calgunforum/s...d.php?t=347450

Awesome read! One member was arrested and detained unlawfully for legal open carry of a handgun. Read his story, and smile!

That was a great story. 99.9% of law enforcement people are regular folks, The Sergeant in the story seems to have been looking to add another bust to his record. Kind of a political thing, and the Police are part of the political system. If there's a Govenor, Commissioner, Mayor or Police Chief (or Sheriff) who is anti-gun, you can bet that there will be people like this Sergeant who will lick their boots to get ahead in their careers. Too bad. Makes other officers look bad.

Very interesting. Hope that case goes on to the supreme court. Some of those folks need to read about 2nd amendment abuses.

Yes, very interesting. Need to get a very qualified and
nasty lawyer and go after everyone involved for damages.
Hit them in the pocket book. California has plenty of legal
types who would take a case like that for the contingency fees.
